Summerview is a privately owned cottage and can offer you a tropical vacation, romantic escape, honeymoon, and/or family get-away. The cottage is well equipped, completely furnished, sparkling clean and a beautiful retreat. It is located on Lubbers Quarter Cay (key) on the east shore of the Island across from Tahiti Beach and Tilloo cut (leading to the ocean). Cays to our east protect us, so it makes docking easy.

The cottage is fully Air Conditioned with 3 bedrooms (if needed), 2 bathrooms, 2 showers. There is a large wrap=around deck on second story. It is nestled into a tropical setting with fruit trees (for your enjoyment) and coconut palms. A one-minute walk to a private 140 ft dock with a sitting area for swimming, fishing, and snorkeling. The waters are relatively calm, many people bring there own boats.

This is a new completely rebuilt cottage and will be completed in 2012.
