The cottage sleeps 1-6, one group at a time. The cottage has 3 bedrooms but can be rented as follows:

$1550/week |
2 people maximum per room.
$75 additional per person over 6.

Reservations and Cancellations:
Hurricane Policy: We will refund in full or reschedule your reservations, your option, if there is a hurricane warning issued for the Abacos, within 1 week of your arrival date.
50% deposit after securing your dates.
Full balance due
60 days prior to the week of your vacation. Refundable 100% if alternate guests
are booked, in that date.
